New edition of the Louis Roederer Foundation Discovery Award at Les Rencontres d’Arles

From 07/07/2025 to 05/10/2025 – Arles, Provence

Since 2018, the Foundation has been supporting the emergence of young talent and defending photography and all those involved in it through the Prix Découverte.

Louis Roederer Foundation Discovery Award

The prize is open to galleries, art centres, associations, independent venues and institutions that propose a project by an artist whose work deserves to be discovered.

This year, the selection committee, including Christoph Wiesner, director of the Rencontres d’Arles, and César González-Aguirre, guest curator for the 2025 edition of the Louis Roederer Foundation Discovery Prize, chose 7 projects from nearly 300 submissions from all over the world, which will be exhibited in Arles from 7 July to 5 October 2025.

Born in 1991 in Mexico City. Lives and works in Mexico City.

An independent curator, his research focuses mainly on the relationship between memory and desire.
