The Foundation supports the “Paysages Mouvants” festival at the Jeu de Paume

From 07/02/2025 to 23/03/2025 – Paris

A loyal sponsor of the Jeu de Paume since 2019, the Louis Roederer Foundation supports the second edition of its festival.

“Paysages Mouvants”

Entitled ‘Shifting Landscapes’ and running from 7 February to 23 March 2025, this festival offers a rich programme of events and encounters. Conceived as a collective narrative, it unfolds a history of representations of natural environments – the jungle, the oasis, the sky, the desert, the forest – and the imaginary worlds that conjure them up.

Curator Jeanne Mercier has invited scriptwriter Loo Hui Phang to collaborate in the form of a voice that narrates the works of 15 artists from today’s art scene.

These projects include two artists close to the Foundation:

Mónica de Miranda was a finalist in the 2024 Thinking Sustainability Prize created by the Foundation. Her audiovisual work Path to the Stars (2022), presented as part of the festival, brings together complex biographies that overlap and interact.

Mounir Ayache was a resident at the Villa Medici in 2022-2023, an institution supported by the Foundation since 2020. Projected into the 26th century, The Scylla/Charybdis Temporal Rift Paradox (2025) is inspired by Arabic versions of the myth of Charybdis and Scylla, personified by two female figures symbolising two political poles.
